Quiz Night

The Quiz Night started with a bang with our MC's suit and just got better from there. Great night was had by all.

Porno

76 players tested their knowledge, some of those cogs sure needed oiling, but Ben Lullfitz table came away with the goods just beating a number of tables. We are still amazed how table 2 came 2nd. They seemed to be supporting the bar more than answering questions.

Quiz

The Adam Gilchrist personally signed and frame bat eventually went for $700 after some heated bidding to a friends of Ben Lullfitz. Well worth it.

Kyle Robertson bought the personally signed and frame character of Dennis Lilliee and Jeff Thompson for $335. Dont tell the wife.

Mark Donovan won the signed hat in the raffle and the signed mini bat went to........ well it went.

Don't know how he rigged it but Andrew Thorpe won the door prize of a weekend away at the Novatel.

Many thanks to :-

Chris Bell for being MC for the night, did a fantastic job, and to Enes in organising Chris.

Debbie and friend for scoring

Peter Thorpe for the many prizes

Robbie Brayshaw for the signed memorabilia

Andrew for all the Coopers gear.

John well Ray for the caps

and others who I may have overlooked for their donations.

January

Inaugural Day/night game 12th January 2007

What a fantastic atmosphere and game in the first ever Day/night game at North Beach Cricket Club. It was great to see many Life Members there, along with the hundreds of spectators. Kids had a ball on the bouncy castle, drinks flowed, plenty of burgers and hotdog's eaten, and to top it all off North Beach beat Sorrento Duncraig under lights.

Many thanks to all the people that helped, as with out you it would not have been a success.

If you have any pictures please email them
